Oats Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 grated carrot
  • ½ cup grated cabbage
  • ½ diced onion
  • 1 tbsp grated chilli and ginger
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Coriander as per taste
  • Salt as per taste

Method:

  • Mix together the oats, yogurt, carrot, onion, cabbage, chilli and ginger and the spices until everything is combined. If too dry add 1 tsp water
  • Add non-stick tava and grease it using 1/4th tsp oil
  • Pour a spoonful of the mixture on it and spread in a circular motion to make a round
  • Cook till it turns light brown in colour from both sides
  • Serve hot with green chutney
