calories, you miss out on your periods. Your weight will reduce. FOR SURE. But your periods will stop. You know why? Cause when there isn’t enough energy in the body, the hypothalamus, a region in the brain, slows or stops the release of the hormones that control ovulation. So please consider HEALTH over anything else. .
 
▶  Your periods should be on time
 
▶  You shouldn’t be consuming pills every time
 
▶  If you are skipping your periods, CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE before taking pills

▶  Don’t exercise that much or fuel yourself with enough good fats
 
▶  Apart from hormonal issues like PCOD/PCOS, this is one of the major reasons when women start missing their periods

▶  Don’t go on a very low body fat percentage. Periods are even vital for your bone health and don’t let it STOP because of your own carelessness.
