Wrong snacking is the major reason why you aren’t able to achieve your fitness goals. I have heard a lot of people saying that they just eat 2 chapatis/rice and some vegetable twice and still not able to lose weight. All I know is that they aren’t probably counting the snacks that they are consuming. Mostly where we go wrong is what we put in our mouth while just being at the kitchen or while commuting to office or while travelling. You need to have an idea of what to put in your mouth as your body isn’t a dustbin.

Sharing few healthy snacking options with you all:

1. Fruits ( all time favourite) 

2. Nuts

3. Roasted chana

4. Sprouts

5. Makhanas

6. Peanuts ( about 10-12) -easy to carry and eat
